Discounts
If you are buying The
Breeder's Standard™, Groomer's Helper™, The Cattery's Standard™, or
Equestrian's Standard™, you will receive a $20.00 discount if you own any
commercially-sold competing package. You will be asked for a serial
number, or to mail in a photocopy of the first disk or title page of
the program's manual. If you do not ask for a discount at the time
of purchase, you cannot ask for it afterwards. This offer applies to
new customers only.

Upgrades
Upgrade pricing is shown at our secure ordering

When
we sell an upgrade, it is fully installable. You do not need
to install previous versions or upgrades to install the latest
software.

Shipping
and Handling Costs
 USA: Normal Shipping and handling is a
flat $12.75 to any point in the United States. This buys you US
Postal Media Mail service, or our choice of other carrier.
Post Office Boxes: We discourage the use of Post Office Boxes.
We charge $12.75 to ship by Media Mail to a Post Office Box, and
reserve the right to refuse to serve Post Office Box addresses
unless the address matches the billing address on the credit card.
Freight Billed to
Customer: We're sorry, but we will not bill your
shipping account and waive S&H charges. This makes it
impossible for us to recover on a lost or damaged shipment, but
we're still liable to replace it.
Canada: Until
we hire a new representative for Canada, please route all Canadian
orders to us in the USA at 815-806-2130, press 1 for sales. You may also order from our secure ordering site online for instant delivery.
Australia, New Zealand,
Japan, Singapore, Phillipines, South Korea:
Until we have a new affiliate in the Pacific Rim, please route all orders to us in the USA at 1-815-806-2130 press 1 for Sales. You may also order from our secure ordering site online with instant delivery.
Europe:
We are searching for a new Europe Affiliate. Until we have one, please order directly at +1 815 806 2130 press 1 for sales, or use our secure online ordering site to order with instant delivery.
Foreign:
Shipping and handling to other countries is US$30.00 for
International Media Mail service. We reserve the right to refuse
service to countries where copyright protections are not strictly
enforced. Right now, that means that we will not ship to Taiwan, the
People's Republic of China or Russia, nor will we ship to any party
who buys on behalf of a party living in those countries.

Terms
All orders are prepaid. You may
use Credit card, check, or money order. We are sorry but COD service
has been terminated because of numerous instances of
fraud.
 Credit Card: We accept American Express,Visa, MasterCard and Discover®
(and all other Novus® cards). We do not impose any surcharges for
credit card use.
Check: You
may prepay by check. We happily accept your personal or company
check. There are no surcharges for personal check use. All personal
and company checks are verified through TeleCheck. We ship upon
verification of your check. Substantial fees as permitted by law
apply to returned checks. These fees vary from state to state. We
shall refuse any check which TeleCheck refuses to
approve.
Money Order or
Cashier's Check: We ship upon receipt of money orders or
cashier's checks, no surcharges apply.
C.O.D.: We no
longer offer C.O.D. services.

We are open 8:30AM-5PM Central
Time, Monday through Friday, and will be happy to take your order
for any product by credit card. When you order, please say you heard
about us on our Web Page.
All sales are final
once you open the diskette packet or receive authorization codes to
fully activate a downloaded version of the product. No
exceptions. If you return the product to us unopened, it
must have a return authorization number attached. If it does not,
the package will be refused. If the CD packet
is open, the product will be sent back, with no credit issued.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable for any reason.
Returned unopened merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee, on
the undiscounted price of the product. |
